The Biden family’s two German shepherds made headlines this week, but not for the best of reasons.
At a news conference Tuesday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki confirmed that 3-year-old Major was “surprised” by a stranger on Monday, acted aggressively and caused a “minor injury” that was treated by medical staff.
